Aimee is a CDH MPhil student studying at Jesus College, specialising in the representation of early modern letters in digital heritage collections. Previously, Aimee studied her undergraduate in English at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge. It was during this time that she developed an interest in epistolary texts and their particularly resistive qualities in representation. This challenged her to then consider the complex implications that digital interventions have on epistolary texts in an archival context. Hoping to further this, Aimee is seeking to develop a structured, but by no means exhaustive, set of criteria for effective digital representation of epistolary material.
