I am a recent UC Berkeley graduate with a BA in Classics and Data Science, minoring in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and I previously worked as a software engineer in Cisco Systems. I was also a research assistant in the Sumerian Networks project in Berkeley where we used NLP on Sumerian Tablets to aggregate economic and relational data about ancient Drehem. I am currently working on implementing a computer vision algorithm to classify Mycenaean pottery, and I am interested in studying the relationship between data and algorithms and society. In my spare time, I crew on the Cambridge University Sailing Team, and I also enjoy gardening and journaling.
